Hotpod Yoga, the UK’s largest yoga business, is joining forces with the mental health charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) for Mental Health Awareness Week (May 12–18). As part of the nationwide effort, Hotpod Yoga studios across London and beyond will host special donation-based ‘CALM Hotpod Flow’ classes, with 100% of proceeds going to CALM.

The collaboration supports the theme of community and connection, offering people the chance to come together, slow down, and support a life-saving cause. Hot yoga has been shown to significantly reduce symptoms of stress and depression—with research from Harvard revealing that nearly half of participants experienced dramatic mental health improvements.
The special edition CALM Hotpod Flow class blends Hotpod Yoga’s immersive experience with restorative techniques, creating a soothing sanctuary from daily stress. Taking place May 17–18, the events aim to raise £10,000 for CALM, which offers vital suicide prevention services and mental health support.
In addition, London studios will offer an exclusive CALM Class Pack—three sessions for £30—with 50% of sales going to the charity.
CALM ambassador Shirley Ballas, a long-time Hotpod enthusiast, calls the practice “highly beneficial to my own personal health and wellbeing.”
Join the pod, move for your mind, and help support CALM’s vital work.
