The acclaimed “Cubitt House Eats With” series is concluding its fourth successful run, which has previously featured UK culinary stars like Asma Khan and Josh Katz. This popular series sees Chef Director Ben Tish collaborate with top chefs for a single night, drawing inspiration from their recent cookbooks.
Rounding off Series IV on Wednesday, November 12th, is Instagram sensation Matthew Ryle, Executive Chef Partner of Maison François. He will take over The Alfred Tennyson kitchen alongside Chef Tish, bringing elevated recipes from his cookbook, ‘French Classics: Easy and Elevated Dishes to Cook at Home’.

Diners can look forward to a superb three-course menu beginning with Salmon Rillettes or a seasonal Radicchio salad. The main event features a choice between classic Boeuf Bourguignon or a Twice-baked Cheese Soufflé, accompanied by Pomme purée. The dinner concludes with a quintessential French dessert: Apple Tarte Tatin with vanilla ice cream.
